- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing safety training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and common areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Stamina to stand/walk 8-10 hours daily
- Reliable transportation to facility
