Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move inventory efficiently throughout the fulfillment center.
- Pick and Pack: Receive, sort, and prepare customer packages for shipping with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Productivity Goals: Work collaboratively to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize handheld scanners and computer systems to track inventory and process orders accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure a seamless workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods; ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 49 pounds.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required as we provide on-the-job training.
