Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for damages and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and hourly performance goals.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner during inbound and outbound operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (for outdoor dock operations).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
