As a Cold Storage Worker, you will play a critical role in the supply chain, ensuring that temperature-sensitive products are stored and handled with the utmost care. We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art facilities and commitment to employee safety and growth.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products in and out of the cold storage facility using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to maintain quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the organization of storage racks and aisles.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments for extended periods.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
