Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse facility and its contents at all times.
- Package and prepare orders for shipping according to customer specifications.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
