Responsibilities
- Move, select, palletize, and stage inventory products in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all orders are accurate.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels and instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
