Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse aisles for maximum efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and physical handling of goods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
