Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S methodology).
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow during night shifts.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment issues, or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic ability to read and follow safety instructions in English.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
