Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Basic English skills for reading orders and communicating with team leads.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
