Responsibilities
- Sort, pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended shifts.
- Process returns and manage stock rotation efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
