Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts after training completion
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment handling procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for system training
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
