Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using company-provided equipment (RF scanners, label printers, pallet jacks)
- Operate automated packaging machinery and conveyor systems
- Inspect products for quality control before packing
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Attention to detail with error rates under 1%
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to downtown Atlanta facility
