Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following safety protocols
- Meet productivity targets in a fast-paced team environment
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory management
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts on hard surfaces
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Kent fulfillment center
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends)
