Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits in real-time warehouse management system
- Optimize picking routes to meet/exceed 120 units/hour productivity targets
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in 250,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Train on new automation technologies including voice-directed picking systems
Qualifications
- 6+ months warehouse experience or equivalent fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS software (e.g., Manhattan Active)
- Valid CA driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- High school diploma or equivalent with strong math aptitude
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse team coordination
