Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory storage with precise labeling systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct daily safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA compliance and company safety protocols
- Support inventory cycle counts and warehouse optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
