Responsibilities
- Accurately unload, scan, and sort inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Complete digital paperwork and inventory reports in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Overnight shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM, Mon-Fri)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
