Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets of frozen and refrigerated goods safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation to ensure product freshness.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform quality control checks on products before storage or shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all company policies regarding temperature control and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a cold environment (temperatures below 40°F).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
