Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to ensure timely delivery to our clients.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse floor to ensure efficient material flow.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred or willingness to obtain certification).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and hazard awareness.
- Excellent physical stamina and coordination.
- Reliable attendance record and punctuality.
