Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and lead warehouse staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and efficiency standards
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and optimal stock rotation
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards while promoting a safety-first culture
- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize transportation schedules and dock operations
- Prepare daily performance reports and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Resolve operational challenges promptly to maintain workflow continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with supervisory or lead role preferred
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software (WMS experience a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
