Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety procedures and operational best practices
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in cold chain or logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work in cold environment (-10°F to 40°F)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
