Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature controls and monitoring in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Inspect and document product quality/condition upon receipt and storage
- Follow strict sanitation protocols and safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
