Responsibilities
- Sort, pick, pack, and scan products accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles using hand trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning and counting.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
