Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners or inventory software is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
