Responsibilities
- Pack products securely and accurately using appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify orders against pick lists to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily delivery targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse location.
- Previous experience in warehousing, shipping, or retail is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
