Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated storage units
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts in cold environments
- Adhere to strict HACCP and food safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Document temperature logs and warehouse activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage facilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass background check and drug screening
