Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor warehouse associates to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- No warehouse experience necessary – we provide full training!
- Strong leadership potential and ability to motivate teams
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
