Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise team members on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Implement process improvements using provided technology and automation tools
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Coordinate with transportation and inventory teams for seamless workflow
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and optimize space utilization
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using provided digital systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation background
- Forklift certification and familiarity with WMS/MRP systems
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
- Proficient in using warehouse management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
