Responsibilities
- Lead 10-15 person warehouse team through daily operations
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency and KPIs
- Train and develop warehouse staff
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle disciplinary actions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1-2 years warehouse experience (supervisory experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, WMS systems)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Forklift certification (provided if needed)
