Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems in refrigerated environments
- Safely load/unload temperature-controlled products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Monitor and document ambient temperatures hourly per HACCP standards
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts) with proper certification
- Sanitize and organize storage racks and handling equipment daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in 35°F to 0°F environments for extended periods
- OSHA 10-hour General Industry certification preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid Texas driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
