Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls (-10°F to +40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA certified)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts in cold environments
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
- Sanitize equipment and adhere to HACCP food safety protocols
- Monitor cold storage equipment and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for timely operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA Forklift certification required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
