Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Pick, pack, and ship temperature-sensitive products with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety protocols
- Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment
- Conduct daily sanitation and facility cleanliness checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
