Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated and frozen storage facilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment following safety protocols
- Inspect and document inventory using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload shipments while ensuring product integrity and FIFO compliance
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold environments
- Perform sanitation and cleaning procedures in storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided!
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -20°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver’s license preferred (equipment training provided)
