- Monitor and maintain optimal cold storage conditions (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality compliance
- Execute inventory rotation using FIFO methods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Document temperature logs and inventory data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in 30°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
