Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport palletized goods safely and efficiently within the temperature-controlled facility.
- Perform accurate inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Ensure strict compliance with all cold storage safety regulations and facility protocols.
- Inspect equipment for maintenance needs and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures may range from -10°F to 40°F).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
