Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and safely according to safety protocols.
- Pack, wrap, and secure merchandise for shipment to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all orders meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for scanning labels and documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
