Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment (tape dispensers, box erectors)
- Update inventory systems with real-time stock counts
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Maintain clean, organized workstation and aisles
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Attention to detail with error rates under 0.5%
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and teamwork focus
