Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise using handheld RF scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely to ensure safe delivery during transit.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Maintain a high level of organization within the storage aisles.
- Perform daily inventory checks and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order status and issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment.
