Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control protocols in -10°F to 45°F environments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient inventory movement
- Inspect, organize, and rotate inventory according to FIFO standards
- Adhere to strict HACCP and food safety regulations
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for streamlined logistics
- Document inventory movements and warehouse activities accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
