Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Inspect and rotate inventory according to FIFO protocols
- Perform sanitation and pest control procedures daily
- Document inventory movements and equipment maintenance logs
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety standards rigorously
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
