Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely from delivery trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory within the temperature-controlled storage facility.
- Ensure the cold storage area is kept clean, organized, and sanitized to prevent spoilage.
- Monitor and record temperature logs to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse policies strictly.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary. We welcome entry-level candidates and train on-site.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (freezers) for extended periods.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long hours.
- Basic math and computer skills for using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
