Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided) such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners.
- Inspect merchandise for damages and ensure proper labeling before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining inventory records.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly shipping quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
