Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and logging.
- Ensure the cold storage facility remains organized, clean, and at the correct temperature.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (below 40°F) for extended periods.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
