Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move refrigerated products
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital tracking systems
- Enforce strict food safety protocols (HACCP standards)
- Monitor warehouse temperature and humidity levels
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members on loading/unloading schedules
- Complete safety compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to Omaha facility
