Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and temperature control regulations to maintain product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license (Class B or CDL preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
