Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision and care
- Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS systems and barcode scanning
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Monitor and document facility temperature/humidity levels
- Perform routine sanitation of equipment and storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
