Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer units
- Inspect, organize, and rotate perishable inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move products within facilities
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols including equipment sterilization
- Complete accurate inventory counts and documentation in digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (0°F to -20°F)
