Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS system
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Follow HACCP protocols for food safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in cold environments (10°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
