Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature levels in frozen storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to organize palletized goods safely
- Conduct inventory counts using barcode scanning technology
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all tasks
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with proper PPE usage
- Perform routine sanitation of storage areas and equipment
- Document temperature logs and inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipment deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if needed)
