Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move products efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and track product rotation (FIFO)
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -20°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Food Handler's Certificate preferred (training provided)
