Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product movement
- Inspect and document storage conditions using digital monitoring systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP, FDA compliance)
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using WMS software
- Sanitize equipment and storage spaces following company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
